0miss for veterinary clinics

Your veterinary clinic answers every call. Even mid-consultation.

While you are in consultation or surgery, 0miss picks up, calms the worried pet owner, books the visit and sends you the summary on WhatsApp. No voicemail, no pets ending up at another clinic.

What happens to your clinic's phone today

Owners call exactly when you can't pick up

A worried owner calls about their dog right when you are examining, vaccinating or in the middle of surgery. The phone rings out, nobody answers, and that owner searches for the next veterinary clinic on the map. When the pet leaves, the client leaves with it.

Routine calls flood the front desk

Annual vaccine, check-up, deworming, opening hours, prices: necessary calls, but every one interrupts. In a small clinic, somewhere between 20 and 30 percent of calls go unanswered at peak times, and many of them were appointments ready to be booked.

Worry doesn't wait for opening hours

The cat stops eating on a Sunday, the dog starts limping at ten at night. The owner calls the first clinic that answers and offers a slot, and that one call decides where they will take their pet for the next ten years.

How it works in your veterinary clinic

01

Forward the calls you can't take

Turn on busy and no-answer call forwarding from your own number. You keep your phone and install nothing: if the front desk picks up, nothing changes. If you are in consultation, 0miss steps in.

02

0miss answers as part of your team

It speaks naturally, in Spanish, English and more than 20 other languages, with your clinic's real data: services, prices, opening hours, address. It books vaccines, check-ups and deworming visits into the real gaps in your schedule, with each visit's real duration, and asks for the pet's name and species if you set that up.

03

You get a card for every call

After each call you receive a WhatsApp summary: who called, which pet, what they needed and what got booked. If an owner describes something that sounds urgent, the call is flagged so you see it immediately.

A real call, handled without interrupting your consultation

Patitas Veterinary Clinic, good morning. How can I help you?
Hi, I'd like to book the annual vaccine for my dog.
Of course. What's your dog's name?
Rocky. Mornings this week would be ideal.
Perfect. For the annual vaccine I have Wednesday at 10:30 am or Thursday at 9:00 am. Which one suits you?
Wednesday at 10:30.
Booked: annual vaccine for Rocky, Wednesday at 10:30 am. You'll get a WhatsApp confirmation. Anything else?

Questions from veterinary clinics

What does it do when an owner calls with a possible emergency?

It takes the owner's and the pet's details, finds the earliest available slot and notifies you on WhatsApp right away with the call flagged as urgent, so you can decide whether to bring them in sooner. What it never does is give veterinary advice over the phone: that stays with you.

Can it book visits with different durations?

Yes. You set up your services with their real length: a 15-minute vaccine, a 30-minute check-up, a 45-minute first visit. 0miss only offers slots where the visit actually fits, and with the right vet if several of you work at the clinic.

Can it ask for the pet's name and species?

Yes. With custom client questions you define what to collect on each call: pet name, species, breed, age. The agent asks for them naturally and they arrive in the WhatsApp card and on the appointment.

What about calls outside opening hours?

0miss answers them just the same: it books the first slot of the next day, answers questions about hours and prices, or takes a message. On Monday morning you have the whole weekend's calls on WhatsApp, with the urgent ones flagged.

Is it GDPR compliant?

Yes. Data is processed and stored in the European Union, callers are told an assistant is on the line, and recording follows Spanish regulations. 0miss books appointments and takes messages: it collects no more data than you configure.
